Q: How do I purchase and/or redeem a Gift Certificate?
A: It's easy! Fill out the requested information on the Gift Certificate Form, add it to your shopping cart, and then go to Check Out when you're ready to make your purchase. Gift Certificates are the perfect solution for your last-minute gift giving needs. They also let the lucky recipient select the walker banner and walker bag they like the best. The Gift Certificate Form is super simple, and you pay for Gift Certificates through the standard checkout procedure. Each Gift Certificate you order is sent to you or to the recipient via email or postal mail. You tell us your preferences. Q: What shipping options are available, and how much do they cost?
A: Orders are normally shipped within one to two business day of being submitted. Personalized banners are shipped with 8-10 business days. We will notify you if there is any unexpected delay. For Standard Shipping we use either US Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Typically this means your package will arrive within about five business days of being shipped or 12-15 days if a personalized item. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. For this Rush Shipping we use UPS Second Day Air, meaning your package arrives in two business days after being shipped. If you are shipping to a PO Box, your order must be sent via the US Postal Service. Items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii incur an additional charge. See the table below for rates.

Q: How can I keep track of the status of my order?
A: We will keep you informed by email throughout the order fulfillment and shipping process. We will confirm your order within 24 hours of receiving it. We will notify you by email when your order ships, and this notification will include instructions for tracking your order online. To ensure that your order reaches you or the recipient you have specified, we will also be tracking your order. We will also be happy to help you track your order. Q: What is WalkerWonder's guarantee?
A. At WalkerWonder our goal is your 100% satisfaction. Within 30 days of your purchase you may return your WalkerWonder product for any reason whatsoever. Additionally, your WalkerWonder purchases are also covered by our comprehensive product warranty for one full year. Q: If I need to return a walker banner or walker bag, what is the process?
A: To arrange for a return of merchandise or a refund, please contact our Customer Care team at 800-737-4198 or via email at customercare@walkerwonder.com. When we hear from you, we will send you an email containing a prepaid return shipping label and shipping instructions. Also included will be a form to clarify any open issues, for example arranging either a refund or a credit you can use to get a replacement banner set.
When you receive this email, fill out the return form, print out the label, attach the label to your return package, and ship the package back to us. When we receive your package, we will send you an email confirmation. We will then email you a gift certificate for the amount of your original purchase, which you can use to order items you want. Or, if you prefer, during the 30 days after your purchase we will refund your full price back to your original method of payment such as your credit card.
Q: Are the walker banner and walker bag stain resistant? Are they washable?
A: All our walker banners and walker bags are pre-treated for stain resistance. They are washable in cold water on the delicate cycle or by hand. We recommend line drying. To minimize the need for washing, wipe spills and stains as they occur using a damp cloth. If the accessories become soiled, we recommend hand washing with mild soap and rinsing with cold water followed by line drying. If your washer has a setting for delicates, you may also machine-wash banners and bumpers in cold water. However, it is best to minimize machine washing in order to avoid possible fading of colors. Whichever washing method you prefer, never use bleach.
Q: Can I use WalkerWonder walker banner and walker bag with my child's pediatric walker?

A: WalkerWonder decorative accessories for walkers fit most standard adult walkers since our banners and bags are designed to work with common walker width of 22” or less. Even when a walker is larger than this (for example, an oversize walker) extender straps can be used to provide a good fit.
