Return Policy and Limited Warranty

This limited warranty (“Limited Warranty”) and return policy (“Return Policy”) are provided by BrightLife Company, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (the “Company”) doing business as WalkerWonder (“WalkerWonder”), to the original retail customer (“you” or “your”) in connection with the merchandise sold by the Company on its website, www.walkerwonder.com (“Merchandise”).

Return Policy
You may return your Merchandise for any reason within 30 days from the date WalkerWonder ships the Merchandise (“Return Period”) provided you make the shipment to WalkerWonder on or before the expiration of the Return Period and you enclose the original packing list or order confirmation. You may choose to receive either a refund or a merchandise credit for an amount equal to the price you paid for the Merchandise plus any applicable taxes. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the Merchandise and credits are issued in the form of gift certificates. Return shipping will be prepaid by WalkerWonder. Original shipping costs will be refunded only if the item is being returned because it is damaged or defective or due to an error by WalkerWonder. To arrange a return, please contact WalkerWonder Customer Care at 800-737-4198. Customer Care will send you an email containing instructions for sending the return as well as a prepaid shipping label for use on the return.

Limited Warranty
WalkerWonder warrants to you that the Merchandise will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 365 days from the date that WalkerWonder ships the Merchandise (“Warranty Term”). Under this Limited Warranty, WalkerWonder, at its option, shall repair or replace any defective Merchandise delivered by WalkerWonder that is returned to WalkerWonder provided that the Merchandise is received at WalkerWonder during the Warranty Term. You must notify WalkerWonder by registered mail or certified mail- of a breach of warranty within 30 days after discovery thereof, but not after the expiration of Warranty Term. Notice is effective on the day of receipt by WalkerWonder. Your failure to submit a claim as provided herein shall specifically waive all claims for any type of relief.

No reimbursement will be made for repairs or alterations made by you without WalkerWonder's prior written consent. Repair of Merchandise by WalkerWonder found to have no defect shall be at your sole cost. This Limited Warranty shall not apply to any Merchandise that (i) has been repaired or altered without WalkerWonder's prior written consent, (ii) has been subject to misuse, negligence or accident, (iii) was not used or maintained in accordance with WalkerWonder's manuals and instructions or (iv) was used under conditions more severe than those set forth in the specifications for the Merchandise. WalkerWonder makes no warranty regarding any equipment to which the Merchandise is affixed.

WalkerWonder shall not be liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond its control including, without limitation, fire, labor problems, shortage of supplies or materials, or unforeseen difficulties. WalkerWonder shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting, directly or indirectly, from the use or loss of use of the Merchandise, including, without limitation, loss related to damages for which you may be liable to another person. You shall indemnify WalkerWonder for any claims, costs, expenses or liabilities related to or arising out of your use or ownership of the Merchandise. WalkerWonder's specifications and requirements of the Merchandise are based upon applicable laws and regulations and knowledge of WalkerWonder as of the date WalkerWonder ships the Merchandise. WalkerWonder assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any additional requirements imposed by any law or regulation or knowledge learned subsequent to such date.

This Limited Warranty is expressly made in lieu of the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular use or purpose and all other warranties, express or implied. The repair or replacement of the Merchandise as described herein is WalkerWonder’s only obligation and your exclusive remedy for breach of warranty and is the exclusive remedy against WalkerWonder for all claims arising hereunder or relating hereto whether such claims are based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence and strict liability) or other theories, including, without limitation, claims based on latent defects. In no event shall you be entitled to incidental or consequential damages and you shall hold the Company harmless from them.
